SAFETY
Southwest Refractory of Texas recognizes the importance and need for safety in the

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Management Team
comprises the most qualified and experienced personnel available to the
industry. "State of the Art" software provides reliable scheduling
and cost analysis, ensuring a seamless interface with our clients and associated
project contractors. This effort is initiated during the bid evaluation
and is maintained through project completion. Our ability to meet client
schedule requirements is unsurpassed, and our frequency of early completion
is additional justification for our continued growth and customers' satisfaction.

QUALITY ASSURANCE/ QUALITY CONTROL
Southwest Refractory of Texas builds Quality Assurance and Control into each project,
beginning with the bid evaluation. We review project drawings and specifications
to formulate job specific inspection plans. We perform continuous monitoring
and inspection on all projects. We also provide inspection and evaluation
of existing refractory and acid proof lining systems, complete with documentation.
Our development and implementation of our ISO 9000 program is in progress,
with eminent certification.

SHOP/ FIELD CONSTRUCTION
Shop Construction
Our shop facilities provide ample indoor and outdoor space for a variety
of refractory and acid proofing projects. Sandblasting and painting of lined
equipment can also be performed at our shop. Shop installation provides
a controlled environment and economical benefits. We export oversize and
overweight lined vessels overseas through the Port of Houston.
Projects: SRUs, Thermal Oxidizers,
Furnaces, Furnace Ducts, Incinerators, FCC Piping/ Ducts
Field Construction
Our Field Construction Teams are well versed in the requirements of Capital
and Maintenance Projects, with a proven track record regarding scheduling,
management, coordination, and execution of said Projects. Our ability to
meet manpower requirements for large projects and emergency outages is unparalleled.
We provide self-sufficient status on HAZWOPER Projects, using our
"State of the Art" portable facility.

Pads/ Trenches/ Sumps
